Concerned with the huge dog

A government worker who was concern with the huge dog that always will jump on their fence and met cars on the road. When this woman stopped by, she gave food to the pup and then the close neighbor of the dog owners came out and speak with her. I guess she understood the situation of the dog owners who tried their best to fence their place but then the dog can still jump out.

Note: I was just taking a photo inside the house with my phone camera coz I can’t find my Kodak cam. Sigh!
